Service User Involvement 

Service user involvement is an essential element in the development of treatment services for clients.  For the last four months, service user involvement has been developing from strength to strength within Community Teams and Shared Care with a Forum established and 8 service user representatives actively attending.  A Service User Representative Pack is in draft form that covers the policies, agreements of Turning Point.  Service users have been instrumental in the development of the documentation and it creates a professional ethos for the work they are involved with.  Support provided to service user reps by Project Coordinator and Team Leaders have included:
