The Communities Task Group brought together a number of people from different organisations with representation from a provider and commissioner perspective, this provided a focus for our work to build partnerships, closer working relations and to focus on the task in hand to identify the metrics that we could measure and demonstrate our progress in engaging communities and improving outcomes for service users.

The Balanced Scorecard has enabled us to find and agree measures that support 'mainstreaming' and identify outcomes that work and connect to productivity and growth.
