Role and function

The IM&T Task Group will:

  • Advise and inform the ICOP Project Team and ICOP Project Board on matters relating to the ICOP IM&T issues.
  • Identify roles and responsibilities within the IM&T Task Group.
  • Engage with all partners with a stake in the ICOP
  • Obtain computers for the Data Repository to be housed within WISMS NHS operational base at Grosvenor House, Wakefield
  • Identify partnership IT systems and data set available
  • Develop a data specification
  • Access the 'Data Repository'
  • Obtain CSV files from partner organisations
  • Identify or develop an applications system
  • Develop access point on web based WISMS web site (Restricted area for partner’s access to data)
  • Produce a usable product
  • Constantly evaluate and develop system, processes and product.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation and guidance on data sharing.
  • Develop and produce Information Sharing Agreements (ISAs) and supporting products to under pin the Wakefield Inter-Agency Information Sharing Protocol.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information to meet the demands of national and local evaluation.
  • Establish local action plan for delivery, with identifiable timescales and responsible people identified to deliver.
