The Health & Wellbeing task group brought together key stakeholders engaged with and interested in commissioning and providing care for vulnerable people across Wakefield District with a substance misuse problem. The group's overall aim was to develop the best possible health and wellbeing outcomes for the target group and local population by taking a 'commissioning for health outcomes' approach. Central to the group's focus and work was the needs and ambitions of service users, commissioners and providers.
