An IM&T Task Group has been formed in order to support the ICOP Project Team and ICOP Project Board by delivering improvements to systems and data collection solutions required to meet the reporting demands of both the national and local evaluation of the Project. This work will also aim to produce a 'usable product' (a Data Repository) that may be of wider interest to other complex services.
National evaluation of Projects uses qualitative and quantitative methods. Each Project is tasked with completing and periodically updating a set of nine questions contained in a Living Document (qualitative data).
Each Project is also required to collaborate with the national team in collecting data to support a set of 'National Measures' that will be used as part of the national evaluation (the quantitative data).
Local data is to be collected via a qualitative and quantitative outcome measurement process, a 'Balanced Scorecard' based on four key areas:
All four areas are overlaid with Workforce development.
