The User Experience Task Group consisted of a mix of members meeting a number of times over a six month period:

The identified lead from the group to act as Chair was Caroline Marshall - Project Development Manager, Substance Misuse Commissioning Team.
The Group was tasked with undertaking four tasks:
- Scoping of current activity that delivers the identified outcomes of the BSC for that segment - exploring activity that already happens, its impact and any improvements that can be made
- Undertake a gap analysis - where does the current activity help to meet the outcomes, what are the gaps?
- Action planning and identifying top 3 actions to make the greatest impact
- Providing drive to ensure the top 3 happen
