Caroline Marshall is the Project Development Manager in the Substance Misuse Commissioning Team, Public Health, NHS Wakefield.

She is a qualified Counsellor and member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and has worked in the Commissioning Team for 5 years.

Her background has also seen her working within the Community Development field and in Finance as a qualified Association of Accounting Technician, both within the NHS. Prior to this she worked in Local Government for 8 years.

She currently leads on Service User and Carer Involvement, Needs Assessment, Community Engagement, Operational Finance and new work streams around Social Reintegration and Recovery.
