Work streams comprised of grassroots stakeholders and clinicians, service users and carers coming together too determone a set of outcomes that define an exemplar service aross four key domains, indivdual health and well being, community benefit, economic beneofit and service user experience. The four thematic groups has a a single headline task underpinned by just three rules - to develop outcome metrics that mattered to them and to restrict this through refinement to no more than three metrics, to ensure the service user remained firmly at the centre ensure the outcomes fostered integration.
