Our work primarily focuses on the needs of substance misusers, but our reach is wider into vulnerable groups and communities. We seek to support individuals in the context of their wider family and the community in which they live.
Committed to seamless care of the highest quality, where patients are seen by the right person, in the right place at the right time forms the basis of how we work together.
Our specialist teams are employed by a variety of different organisations and you will find links to the sites of all our stakeholders from our homepage.
Specialist care to substance misusers is provided through a number of teams, eg: pathways for shared care will be found under the shared care team entry and pathways for physical health and wellbeing will be found linked to the wellbeing support nursing team. We have arranged this in this way to make it as easy as possible for you to find out the information you need on services and the care we offer.
