Service user involvement
WISMS takes service user involvement extremely seriously with a client centred approach running throughout the work we do. This is evidenced in many different ways from the commitment to a service user presence on the ICO Board (we cannot be quorate without service user representation) through to the encouragement and facilitation of our service user representatives and peer mentors who work in our clinics and contribute to our care pathways
The information, links and presentations contained on these pages are representative of the breadth of the service user work and shared commitment by commissioners and stakeholder partners
We hope in the future to use the website as a hub to service user led initiatives, views and projects. For example "The MERLIN Project" captures the ambition of some of our service users seeking to make an active contribution to recovery - find out more
